My priority is to create a space where you feel safe, heard, and understood.

Hi, I’m Ashleigh

You don’t have to untangle it alone

My path to counseling grew from my background in nursing and an interest in the connection between emotional and physical well-being.

Today I work with a wide range of people and concerns. My practice includes religious trauma and recovery from high-control environments, helping clients explore their beliefs, reclaim their identity, and reconnect with their own values.

More about me

How I can help

Room for all of it

I see individuals for nearly anything life brings, including these areas.

  • Life Transitions

Support for finding steady ground when a chapter ends, or a new one begins.

  • Religious Trauma & Healing

Untangle the effects of harmful religious experiences and high-control environments, at your own pace.

  • LGBTQ+ Affirming Care

A welcoming space for every identity. You never have to explain or defend who you are here.

  • Young Adults

Big questions about who you are, what you believe, and the life you want to build.

  • Grief & Loss

The loss of a person, a community, a faith, or the life you expected. There’s room for all of it.

  • And so much more

Anxiety, relationship challenges, and whatever else you’re carrying. Everything except couples counseling.
